When the game loads, you can decide whether you want to play it in Freestyling or Trick Time mode. Since you are playing for the first time, you will likely find that Freestyling mode is a good way to get used to how the game works before progressing to Trick Time mode. If you select Freestyling and then click Start at the bottom of the screen, you will be able to pick from one of five characters, as well as customize their appearance. Once you have got your character, click Next at the bottom of the screen. After selecting your board, press Done. You will then be able to start practicing tricks. You can control your character by using the arrow keys. When you are ready to do a trick, press the spacebar to jump, C to flip or B to grab.
